Bianco - Vermentino and Inzolia Blend, a nod to Tuscan and Ligurian coastal white wines. Perfect accompaniment for slaty snacks, seafood or cheeses.

Grillo - Sicilian white variety on the rise. Semi aromatic, beautifully textured wines with lovely acidity - perfect for seafood.

Morbinos - a blend of two types of Malvasia. A little fruity, exotics, full of texture, acidity and spice.

Nero D’Avola - 95 pts in both the Alternate Varieties Wine Show and Halliday. An fresher Adelaide Hills expression of Nero. Dark cherries, spiced cola, gentle / fine tannins and lovely acidity.

Sangiovese - the king of Freddie’s stable year in year out. A cooler climate expression of Sangiovese, nothing over blown, great Italian tannins with elegant fruit profile and fine acidity and tannins to close.

Montepulciano - Darker fruit profile (as is the variety), with dusty tannins and amaro laced acidity to close. Something slow cooked is the perfect accompaniment.
